Returns, Cancellation, and Exchanges

Returns

We will gladly accept a return for items that are not personalized. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@themoneycake.com.  Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in new, salable condition. If the items are not returned in its new, salable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns are shipped back at buyer's expense.

Cancellations

Please contact us within an hour of purchase at hello@themoneycake.com

Exchanges

We don’t accept exchanges, but please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@themoneycake.com if you have any issues with your order.
